The height of the pendant is 4mm and this necklace can be purchased in several lengths for the perfect fit. If purchasing as a gift and are unsure of sizing, we recommend adding the extension chain option which will allow for flexibility in the fit of the piece. Rest assured that we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments should they be needed. We will always strive to make your piece perfect for you.
