How To Return Your Item

Once payment for your addition is complete, kindly follow the steps below to dispatch your necklace securely to our studio:


  1. Carefully package your chain, any letters, or broken pieces, and seal your parcel securely.
  2. Include a note with the following details:
  • Original Order Number (if known)
  • New Order Number (if applicable)
  • Clear details of the adjustment required
  • Contact name for return
  • Contact number for return
  • Return address


3. Email us at to receive the studio address. This includes studio drop-offs


If returning from outside the UK, please ensure your package has the following details when sending back:

  • Marked as a 0 value product
  • Recorded and Insured parcel
  • Return for repair
