The necklace it’s self is fantastic and my wife loves it but the necklace arrived completely tangled and took me over an hour to untangle and there is even a tiny knot in it that I can not get out so I think you need to re think the packaging! But the necklace it’s self is gorgeous so thanks 😁

This is a gift so the recipient is yet to share her delight .. or otherwise 😉 but I’m very happy with this super discrete initialled necklace!! The chain is very fine and the letters are tiny so this is not for anyone with more showy tastes!!
