AURUM + GREY Intern (Paid) – Admin & Social Media

Location: Marylebone, London W1
Hours: Part-time (2–3 days per week) or Full-time (5 days per week)
Contract: Fixed-term internship (3–6 months)

ABOUT AURUM + GREY

AURUM + GREY is a London-based fine jewellery brand specialising in meaningful, personalised pieces designed to be worn every day. Crafted with care and intention, our jewels celebrate life’s milestones - the big moments and the quiet ones and are made to be cherished for a lifetime.

We are a small, founder-led team with a strong focus on craftsmanship, storytelling and considered design and we’re looking for an intern to support both the operational and creative sides of the business.

THE ROLE

This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience across business operations, administration and social media. You’ll be closely involved in the day-to-day running of AURUM + GREY, supporting the brand behind the scenes while helping bring our world to life online.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, visually aware and excited by the detail - from packing orders beautifully to creating thoughtful, on-brand content.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Operations & Admin

  • Supporting order processing, packing and dispatch from our London atelier
  • Assisting with stock management and internal systems
  • Helping respond to customer enquiries with warmth and care
  • Supporting production schedules and logistics
  • Assisting with general day-to-day business administration

Social Media & Content

  • Supporting content planning and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Assisting with content creation including imagery, short-form video, Stories and captions
  • Editing and formatting content using tools such as Canva or Lightroom
  • Helping monitor engagement and performance insights
  • Supporting influencer outreach and collaborations
  • Assisting with website updates and product uploads when needed

 

About You

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident using social media, especially Instagram
  • A strong eye for aesthetics, branding and storytelling
  • Comfortable balancing creative tasks with admin and operational work
  • Thoughtful communicator, written and verbal
  • Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
  • Genuine interest in jewellery, fashion, design or creative businesses

(Experience with Canva, social scheduling tools or e-commerce platforms is a bonus but not essential.)
