Order in time for Christmas delivery; here are the important deadlines you need to know. Please read this in full:
Facets Drilled Diamond and Bezel Facets Styles:
Order by Midnight GMT on 21st November 2022 for pre-Christmas delivery of any style with a Facets Drilled Diamond pendant (Facets Drilled Heart, Facets Drilled Hamsa, Facets Drilled Five-Point Star, Facets Drilled Star of David) or Bezel Facets Diamond pendant (Bezel Hamsa, Bezel Heart, Bezel Moon, Bezel Star ).
Plain Gold or Silver Styles:
Order by Midnight GMT on 10th December 2022 for pre-Christmas delivery of any plain gold or plain silver items.
Express (In Stock Items):
Order By Midnight GMT on 20th December 2022 for pre-Christmas delivery of any Express (In Stock) items. These can be found here
Styles that will not be delivered before Christmas:

Order by 9am GMT on 7th December 2022 for pre-Christmas delivery of any style containing Diamond Letters.
Order by Midnight GMT on 14th November 2022 for pre-Christmas delivery the following styles:

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY
All our products are lovingly made to order in our UK atelier.
Pieces are proudly produced in our London atelier and are made fully bespoke to order. Please allow 4 weeks for production.
GENERAL
Please place the the order and send on the order number with an express shipping request to info@aurumandgrey.com.
Once your item is complete, we will dispatch and update you with your tracking information.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note:
Our EU deliveries are now subject to additional duties and taxes which are payable by the customer. We are working on a solution so please bear with us as we try to navigate these new conditions.
US orders under the equivalent of $800 will not be subject to import taxes. As we trade in GBP, due to changes in exchange rates, it is wise to allow a buffer under the $800 mark if you would like to avoid any import duties in the US.
Non EU deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.
