Very disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof. Everytime I’ve wondered where the order is, I’ve had to chase. It was 2 weeks later than scheduled and I had to chase. I love the company as a whole and the founder but just very disappointed in the lack of communication and timings. :(
Super straightforward adding the name of my second child onto my necklace. Quick turnaround too and necklace came back beautifully packaged and sparkling like new! ✨

Fantastic customer service. Ordered a 16" personalised connect necklace which was far too tight. Contacted AURUM and Grey who gave me clear communication on my options. I took the chain back myself and it was back with me following adjustments in under 2 weeks. Love my beautiful chain, its gorgeous
My sister bought me this necklace a few years ago and sadly the chain broke when I was swimming and I lost the letter! They made the process so easy to have this fixed and were super responsive. I’m so pleased to have it back, I love this necklace and I get so many compliments!

I initially asked a question via your Instagram page and received a reply that same day with clear instructions about the next steps. Completing the return form and posting my original necklace back to you was so easy and I had regular check-ins/clarification from your team about what I wanted before it was then promptly sent back to me. This necklace now has the initials of both of my children on it. I wore my previous necklace (with just the initial of my first child) 24/7, for two and a half years! It never tarnished and to now have my baby’s initial added has made this piece even more special. I was quite sad about taking off my original necklace because of the sentiment and because I would miss wearing it but now knowing how quick the whole process was, I’d have no concerns in the future, when more initials get added (I hope!). I am blown away with the service and communication from you - I sent my mum’s bracelet off on 6th December to get some more diamond letters added to it and it was amended with the new initials and some repair was also done to the catch and it was returned in time for Christmas which was perfect. Thank you very much! Would recommend this brand to anyone.

I am very happy with the product itself but was not happy I received it back over 9 weeks after sending it - I had to chase customer service multiple times as there was so zero update or communication and repeatedly just got told the turnaround time is 6-8 weeks and then it didn’t even stick to that.
