Introducing The Club Gold Additions Service. A bespoke service that enables our existing customers to easily grow their pieces using our solid gold, diamonds, birthstones, charms, and letters. We take great pride in enabling your existing pieces to grow with you, which is at the heart of our sustainable ethos.

ABOUT OUR DIAMOND LETTERS:  

Our signature diamond letters are hand set to order and use VS-SI white responsibly sourced traditionally mined diamonds.

ABOUT OUR LAB GROWN CUSTOM CUT BEZEL DIAMOND PENDANTS:  

Lab Grown diamonds have exactly the same physical composition as traditionally mined diamonds however through avoiding the traditional mining process they are said to have a less negative impact on our environment.  

This is a fully customised product and therefore cannot be returned. 

If you are concerned about size and fit, rest assured that we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments should they be needed. We will always strive to make your piece perfect for you.

Once payment for your addition is complete, kindly follow the steps below to dispatch your necklace securely to our studio:

1. Carefully package your chain, any letters, or broken pieces, and seal your parcel securely.
2. Include a note with the following details:

• Original Order Number (if known)
• New Order Number (if applicable)
• Clear details of the adjustment required
• Contact name for return
• Contact number for return

• Return address

   

3. Email us at info@aurumandgrey.com to receive the studio address. This includes studio drop-offs

If returning from outside the UK, please ensure your package has the following details when sending back:

• Marked as a 0 value product
• Recorded and Insured parcel
• Return for repair

This piece is proudly sustainably produced in full at our London atelier and is lovingly made bespoke to order.  

Please allow 4 weeks for alteration time. If your order includes diamond letters or pendants, please allow 6-8 weeks.
