Non-UK Delivery Destinations

For order delivery outside the UK, UK local VAT tax (20%) will be deducted at checkout and local taxes and duties may be charged upon delivery of the order. These local taxes and duties will be estimated for you at checkout. Please note that this is an estimate and there may be some slight variation in these charges.

EU

Our EU deliveries are now subject to additional duties and taxes which are payable by the customer. These will be calcuated at chechout for you and will be payable by the customer upon delivery.

US

US orders under the equivalent of $800 will not be subject to import taxes. As we trade in GBP, due to changes in exchange rates, it is wise to allow a buffer under the $800 mark if you would like to avoid any import duties in the US. 

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient.

It’s Talya here.  I’m the founder of AURUM + GREY so I thought I should answer this one personally.  We are a small London-based business that is passionate about doing a great job for you.  Our pieces are more than ‘things’; so often they are golden milestone and we are forever honoured when you choose to mark your special moments with our pieces.

The vast majority of our collection is made in our London Atelier with sustainability at our core.  Our team of skilled jewellers are an amazing super talented bunch who craft your pieces to order which is something we are immensely proud of.  We’re somewhat obsessed with our customers and as such our aftercare is at the core of what we do; we LOVE making your piece grow with you and making additions to your pieces is a huge part of our business.

Due to the nature of our bespoke products, you have 7 days to inform us of a return request and 14 days to make the return upon delivery. In addition to our standard 14 day return policy, we’re offering extended Christmas returns. Orders placed between November 23rd and December 26th, 2023 can be returned until January 8th, 2024.
Upon return request, we will give you full details of how to make the return. Orders placed after December 26th 2023, follow the standard returns policy. For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Bespoke orders (This includes any multi letter styles), where marked, are not eligible for return unless confirmed as faulty.

Please keep in mind that returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so please keep proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
